Refund Policy
1.1 Refunds and Cancellation
All payments for LearnErhu or for services provided via LearnErhu are in SGD and are non-refundable. You can cancel your monthly contract at any time, but all previous payments are non-refundable and will not be pro-rated. All annual payments are also non-refundable and will not be pro-rated.
If you decide to cancel your LearnErhu membership, you will lose access to any and all data inside the LearnErhu ecosystem, which includes, but is not limited to; LearnErhu Tunes Vault, LearnErhu Support Calls. You will be removed from the LearnErhu Facebook Group.
Refunds will not be granted outside these windows from the date of initial purchase, for any reason.
If you wish to cancel your LearnErhu subscription (including subscriptions for services) at any time, you must submit a cancellation request to us via our support email address admin@easonmusicschool.com.
Invoices for LearnErhu can be requested at any time by emailing admin@easonmusicschool.com.
1.2 Subscription Terms And Automatic Payment
A LearnErhu user is responsible for paying all sums due to LearnErhu in connection with their monthly or yearly subscription in accordance with these Terms. Every calendar month or year, your account will be charged up to the subscription fee plus applicable tax for the following month’s subscription, together with any other fees for the following month’s subscription plus any accumulated charges for the past period (collectively, “Fees”). Failure by the LearnErhu user to use any of the services available through the service provided by SalesProcess does not relieve the LearnErhu user of their payment obligations under these Terms.
Potential users can pay by credit card or debit card. Payment details shall be collected by us through our secure financial data collection mechanism. You acknowledge and agree that we hold data relating to the transaction, including the last four digits and the expiration date of the card used to purchase the products or services together with details on when payment is due. You further acknowledge and agree that payments are due on a recurring basis in accordance with the payment terms for the specific service purchased (unless the subscription is cancelled in accordance with these Terms) and therefore authorize the automatic payment collection terms applicable to that specific service (e.g., on a monthly or yearly basis and for a specific amount).
1.3 Free Trial
We offer a 14-day free trial to new users who register with the Site. The account will be charged according to the user’s chosen subscription at the end of the free trial.
1.4 Failed Monthly or Annual Payments
If you are delinquent on your payments, please be advised we will delete the account and any subsequent funnels associated with the account after 7 days of delinquency.
1.5 Access to SalesProcess Ecosystem: including all Digital Assets and Training Materials
With your membership to LearnErhu.com, you’ll receive access to our exclusive LearnErhu-only Digital Assets and Training Materials. This access specifically includes, but is not limited to; LearnErhu Tunes Vault, LearnErhu Emails and the LearnErhu Support Calls at no extra cost. We retain the Trademark and Copyrights on LearnErhu Funnel Designs. All of these materials are only permitted for use within LearnErhu, exclusively for current LearnErhu members only.
This means that everything inside the LearnErhu Ecosystem (LearnErhu.com) is non-transferable to any other LearnErhu ecosystem, or any other outside ecosystem or funnel builder. The use of LearnErhu training materials outside of LearnErhu membership or sharing of any kind without our consent is strictly prohibited. In addition, the LearnErhu Support calls are for current LearnErhu members only.
